About a week after I submitted my resume, I had a short phone screen. Then I was scheduled for about a 3 hour skills test. The test simulated customer service activities such as taking orders over the phone and offering assistance based on a catalog of information. There was also a timed typing test. Since I passed these tests, I was scheduled for an in person interview that occurred about a week later. The face to face interview was with two people in a conference room. During the interview, I was given the opportunity to sit with a rep and listen to a live call. I was also given the chance to ask that person questions about the job. The people were friendly and personable. The work area was like a bullpen and very noisy.
