The interviewing process was quite long at Lincoln. I had a phone interview and about 3 in person interviews with various members of the team. The recruitment was not very responsive either, so if you are really interested you need to be really on top of things! The thing that I liked was that I interviewed with all levels in the organization and also additional stakeholders into the team so you were able to get a broad view into the team and the work required.
