Applied online, recieved an email to complete a video interview. Which is really just you sitting in front of a laptop of phone with a camera on you listening to a prerecording voice asking basic interview questions and recording you answering back there’s about 8-10 questions and they’re all basic. A few days later I got an email to set up an in person interview. In the interview email I was told I would Be in a 2:1 interview but when I got there they were interviewing someone else too. So they each took one person for 30 mins and they swapped us. The first person basically talked about the company and the posistion and asked more questions about my past and got to know me. I felt like it was more of a conversation. The second person asked more job related questions and typed my answers on her computer the whole time. I was told I would hear back in a few days whether or not I got it. 2 Days later I got a call stating that I got the job.
