Normal interview process, first a phone interview then if you make it past that stage then you get a face to face interview at one of Lincoln's offices. The first interview is just a general interview and the interviewer asks some basic questions about your qualifications. The second interview is the manager and another employee who works in that position. Here the ask some more specific questions regarding your qualifications in regards to the position.
