Phone interview with HR then interview with 3 people. The phone interview with the HR rep was great and I was told I was a perfect candidate. It took an additional 3 weeks for them to reach back out to interview with the Manager and Leads. They seemed ok but maybe they were expecting me to be of a different hue. I feel I interviewed well and more than qualified. Still, I did not get the position.

Interview was very easy. Applied online through Indeed and was contacted a few weeks later to come in for an interview. I was interview by two people and a third person was recording the interview. They asked simple behavioral questions then I shadowed someone for about 15 minutes and came back and asked them questions. Overall took about 45 minutes. I heard back 1 week later with an offer.
