Application (Easy Online Application) , HR Screening to be selected for interview(Easy Friendly introduction of company/position) and Interview (Easy/Casual/Teams with Panel of 2 Managers) and References (Easy Online Portal). Unfortunately week after interview received email ‘position no longer available’ with no explanation via email/phone from HR/Hiring Manager. To go this far along in interview process and to end like this very unprofessional.

I applied to a sales position on-line and recieved a call from a hiring manager two weeks later. We set up a time to conduct a more formal phone interview later that week. Following that interview, I had an interview with a human resources partner that was approximately 45 min long. The representative let me know about the next steps in the process and how we would proceed. That step was followed by another conversation with the hiring manager. The entire process was very professional and it was very clear as to the time frame and the steps in the interview process.

They basically wanted to know that I had experience in a sales office before and with Salesforce. Also wanted to know how well I worked under pressure and in fast paced environments which is definitely a huge part of this job.
