I had two different phone interviews with the company management. Both interviews were with upper level management. Each person did a really good job with "selling" the company and explaining why LFG is a good place to work. This made it that much easier for anyone needing to make a decision if they had more than one offer from a company.

Applied online and then I sent an email to the recruiter. Got a phone interview the next day, very basic behavioral questions, describing scenarios about your life. Then I had a second round interview over the phone with 3 people sitting in. They asked some of the same questions, but have more prepared and well thought, highly intelligent answers. Then drug test into getting the job.
