I applied for this position through the company website. It was a fairly simple application. After submitting the application, I received an email verifying that my application had been received and if considered, someone would contact me with further instructions. That same day, I received an email with instructions to complete the attached questionnaire within 48 hours. About two weeks after completing the questionnaire, I received another email to set up an interview time for the following week.
The interviewer was very kind and approachable. My initial interview nerves were gone after talking to him for a few minutes. The interview consisted of two parts. The first was to tell the interviewer more about myself and to learn more about the position. The second was your typical interview. I found the some of the questions to be slightly different from what I am usually asked in an interview, which was very refreshing.
Here are a few of the questions I was asked:
Name a time when you had to complete a task under pressure and how did you handle it.
Name a time when you didn't agree with a company policy and how did you handle that.
What kind of employer would you never want to work for?
What is the most constructive criticism you have ever received and why was it so?
When you make a decision, are you confident in the decision that you make?
I received and accepted the job offer the very next day.
