I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied online and was contacted several weeks later, and had a brief and easy phone screening with a recruiter. Was then scheduled for an in-person interview with 3 executives; the day of the interview, I waited for 45 minutes as the interviewer was running late. This shortened and rushed all sessions. Otherwise, no issues...standard behavioral, background, and situational questions. Everything asked was easy and expected. I was not extended an offer (my experience wasn't a perfect match) but was satisfied with the follow-up, as they were timely and communicative with their decision after the interview.

The group then entered the room and seated around the table and in front of the whiteboard with the presentain. The presentation and discussion lasted 30 minutes with question and answer throughout. The group then filled out and made a decision.
