Excellent communication, they speak with you on the phone to ensure the job is a good fit. Interviews are comfortable - very conversational. I enjoyed the process. Questions were thoughtful and relevant, not hard, but made you think. The second interview was very relaxed and I enjoyed talking with the panel of employees

Overall smooth interviewing and hiring process. Basic behavioral-based interview questions. Takes about 2-4 weeks to hear back after application, then another couple of weeks between the 2 interviews. Then, you finally get the call for the offer. Offer letter and supporting docs are sent out via fedex overnight. First day is just getting comfortable, orientation, building layout, department design, basic new hire stuff. Over the first few weeks is training with a specialist in the department, then you slowly go through transition to doing the job on your own. Good stuff!

Hiring was through a temp service. Interview lasted approx one hour with most of the questions being situational. Many of these questions were focused on working with others and time management.
