Interview
Process took 2 months+. I submitted my resume and heard back from HR on the day. Two weeks later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. By the end of that conversation we set up an in-person meeting. There was one other person at the in-person meeting. The interview was formal but comfortable to get a sense of my personality. At each interview I was asked if I had any questions. I took this as a way to see if I was prepared and well versed on the company so I made a list of questions and just went through them one by one. A week later I heard from the executive assistant to set up another interview with the head. The process was a lot of fun and regardless of outcome I felt like I made some good business contacts.
Standard process. 3 rounds of interviews which included the job recruiter, hiring manager and a panel of soon to be colleagues. All interviews were conducted virtually. Entire process took about 1.5 months.

I had a brief telephone interview with a recruiter. She rejected me nearly immediately. The conversation took a huge turn for the negative after I suggested my base desire salary (nothing crazy). It was a really negative experience for me as a woman, because at the next interview I got, I thought of how I was immediately disqualified, and it caused me to lowball my base salary request at the next job, and the recruiter was shocked by how low my request was given my experience in Finance. I left thousands on the table. Moral of the story, you are worthy, do not be afraid to ask for what you are worth.
