Interview
Was contacted by the recruiter and hiring manager on the same day to schedule interviews...about a week after applying. I spoke to the recruiter first and it was a complete waste of my time. The Director level job was listed as having a salary up to $179,000. I am a seasoned professional and this range was in my ballpark. I even stated in my application that I would like $151,000-$200,000 (This was the range from the drop down in the application). Upon speaking to the recruiter it was determined that the max salary was only $130,000. Did you even read over my application with my salary requirements??? I cannot work for free, nor should I be lowballed when I specified my income requirements. It's bad enough the call was made to me 15 minutes late! No thanks! False advertising and I will not be applying to the is company ever again.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group in Sep 2013
Interview
Very straightforward process. My initial contact was with an HR recruiter, then a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was very insightful and provided me the detail needed to make an informed decision. That was followed by 2 additional telephone interviews and in both very open, honest, and direct conversations were had. Very positive experience overall!
