Not great. The interviewer talked for most of the 30 minutes, and I had at most 5 minutes to share my background. It was an unfair interview. The feedback I received was I did not fit. How in the world would the interviewer know that, when I had 5 minutes to share my background. It was a very weird interview, but best of luck to the poor sole that lands this job. Fake interviewer. Seemed nice, but honestly not a good person to work for.

interviewing for me was too long ago to really remember but what I can remember is that it was somewhat normal except I was told at the time I was asked to be promoted and that my increased compensation would be one amount and then when it came time to sign the actual paperwork it was much less. Once again another example of poor management in leader ship staff.
