I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group (Radnor, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
First part was a video interview; consisted of questions about myself, how I was able to resolve a challenge, and some work experience. Second part was an in-person interview where I interviewed with 5 different managers. All were very down-to-earth people and the interview was more conversational than anything. They pretty much ran down my résumé and asked me about it. Definitely enjoyed it more that way.
