I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
Passed the phone screen and was given a video interview with three hiring managers. I thought the interview went well. About an hour after the interview I got an email from the recruiter asking for references. they wanted 5 - 7 references and it had to be completed within 24 hours. I was able to provide the references, including a current LFG employee, and they completed the online questionnaire. However, I was rejected days later. So, now my current company knows I am job hunting. Gee, thanks LFG.
I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Very easy. All behavioral. The interviewer was very polite and the interview was via telephone. Turn around between interview and offer can be very long though so don’t expect to hear back so soon
