I was very excited to interview for this position. The process included a screening call with the recruiter (who was incredibly kind), a video interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview with three team members (two Communications Consultants and the AVP of Relationship Management). Each step went smoothly, and communication was very open throughout the process.
Unfortunately, about a week later, I received a call from the recruiter informing me that the position would not be filled at this time. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and transparency throughout the process. I would absolutely apply for another position with LFG in the future.
