Lincoln Financial Group Investor Relations interview questions

Absolute unprofessional. I got a call from HR after my resume was sent to them by the hiring manager. HR set up a 20 minute call, which is not nearly enough time to discuss my background. The call started with HR having issues with Teams. We switched to cell phone. HR started right away with why I had a three year gap in my resume. You could tell by the tone of the conversation that HR had no interest in finding out about my background. HR person was absolutely condescending, lecturing me how to do a job that I had done for 15 years and the rushed off to do something else after 10 minutes on the phone with me. This was an absolutely disgusting interview, probably the worst 10 minutes I spent with HR. If this is the culture at Lincoln Financial then I don’t want any part of this. No wonder their stock is down 60% over the past 10 years. Stay away🛞
