Lincoln Financial Group Senior Vice President interview questions

Overall, the interview experience was very extremely positive. The recruiter was highly knowledgeable about the company, the role and what differentiated Lincoln Financial Group in the marketplace. The people I interviewed with were extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The process was standard including a first round interview with the recruiter, a second round interview with the hiring leader and then a series of meetings with other key stakeholders. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process and I received an offer within a reasonable timeframe. It was one of the best candidate experiences I have had in my 20+ year career.
