I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Weston, FL) in Apr 2010
Interview
Submit resume, invited to group introduction of company (approx. 12 -14 others present). Because this was for the summer, expectations upon hire weeded many prospects out. ( No days off allowed and 2 weeks of training from 9 to 6.). Was then given a skills test followed by a one on one interview with director.
Interview questions were basic. Received call the next day offering employment.
Everyone was very pleasant.

Interview
There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

Interview
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
