I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Menlo Park, CA) in May 2012
Interview
I applied online and got called for an interview the next day. It was a group interview of about 8 - 10 people. We watched a slideshow about Lindamood-Bell and they gave us an overview about the position. Then we were given reading comprehension and vocabulary tests. After that, they called us one-by-one for an interview while the other candidates paired up and practiced some teaching methods used at the center.
