I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Singapore)
Interview
Interview is divided into 3 parts but 2 sessions. First part consisted of a 2-part screening of your English abilities. You'll have a spelling during the first and a reading comprehension during the second. Spelling is simple but I'll recommend practicing the reading comprehension with online Watson Glasser tests. The second part of the interview will be a role playing session with other interviewees. The manager will assess how quickly you are able to pick up on their teaching materials. Rest assured that they will first show you an example of the role playing before you actually have perform it back to them. Last part comes the interview where the questions are pretty much what is listed by other reviewers.
