It was very relaxed. They just want to know more about you and your previous experiences. The interview was in person, but first you have to take spelling and reading comprehension tests. Once you pass those, they'll call you In for an interview.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
