A few days after applying I received an email to come in for a 3 hour group interview/presentation. In the first half of the process they held a small presentation of the company, explaining what they do and how the company was founded. Then they had us take 2 skills tests. Those were a bit hard. In the next step they had us act out different scenarios where we use the linda-mood teaching methods. The last step was an actual face to face interview, where they asked basic questions.
