Interview
I was asked to complete a spelling assessment and had to learn and display company's teaching techniques. I also had an interview with the Director and was asked about my teaching experience (They prefer someone with certification). Everyone that I saw at the interview was hired except one or two people, out of 7.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
