I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Darien, CT)
Interview
I was called in for a screening on the weekend. The screening consisted of basic information, a simple problem solving quiz/spelling test followed by some mock student interaction and a short one-on-one interview.
The whole process took a few hours but it gave you a good introduction to their environment and teaching method. One problem is that it didn't seem to be very engaging, so bring some coffee.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
