I applied online. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes
Interview
The interview process involved two parts which could be scheduled either on the same day or split up. The first part included a spelling test and a critical thinking test (reading passages and answering multiple choice questions). The second part was an interview with a member of center leadership. In the past they had you try out some of their instructional techniques but that part was eliminated over the course of my employment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question asked about your comfort level with technology (Google docs/drive among others). Some students do their instruction online so it's important that you can navigate the technology while still engaging the student.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
