You go into a group interview with 5-6 other interviewees where you take an academic proficiency exam. Then group interview begins where instructor gives set scenarios and calls on people to answer them. Then after that you want as each person is called in to another room one at a time to get a one on one interview.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
