I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview consisted of a presentation on how the techniques are employed, group practice, individual practice, and a one on one interview. There were about 7 of us all together. We were given a spelling test, which starts easy but the last few are quite difficult to spell, and includes some nonsense words as well. Next you take a reading comprehension test where you determine whether statements are assumptions, true, possibly true, etc. Once you have finished the tests, the staff informs you that they will not give you a score. The one on one interview ask questions like what are your weaknesses and strengths, also if there is a stranger entering the building what would you do, also if there is a bouquet of dead flowers on the floor what would you do? And that is it.
