Had an initial 45 minute video call with the hiring manager. It was very unstructured, and I basically ran the entire interview. The hiring manager didn't seem prepared. This is a guess, but it was possibly the first time the hiring manager had interviewed someone for this role. As a next step, I had another call with her colleague on the same team. That call seemed more prepared and was somewhat challenging. However, it did go about 40 minutes overtime and the interviewed seemed to want free consulting from me. He asked me to troubleshoot a current issue they were experiencing.
