Link Logistics Real Estate Director interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me 5+ weeks after applying, scheduled screening through Calendly tool. Typical screen asking about my experiences, motivations for making a change, situation-based interview questions. Met with hiring manager a few days later and did not mesh well. Hiring manager interrupted me several times when answering questions, and talked positively about the group’s heavy workload. They signed off by saying thanks for your time and no mention of next steps. This was not the right fit for me. The next steps, however, would have been a panel interview, then an interview with the groups VP. This feels like a very lean organization with a high workload and hires for operational roles only when they start to burst at the seams.
