I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Link Logistics Real Estate (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
It was pretty lengthy, drawn out, and somewhat disorganized. I kept getting asked the same questions over and over, which leads me to believe there's a major lack of communication. The lack of communication on what the next steps were in the interview process as well were major red flags. The person that called me to offer me the job had never met me before through this whole process, which was very odd. I just had to go with my gut and decline the offer... they won't allow a hybrid schedule once the office opened back up (which was a deal-breaker for me), and there was set working hours with practically zero flexibility.
Contacted by external recruiter with phone screen and office visit. Prepped with additional information from recruiter. Panel interview. Decision within 2 weeks. The role includes the expectation of long hours.
