LinkedIn Design Manager interview questions

Mandatory take home design exercise, which I generally frown upon, and many companies are moving away from. What made it worse was that it was an existing problem for an existing product--essentially doing free work. This is also something that a new grad typically encounters. Not sure how any of this shows how I manage people, design systems, or products. I refused.
