It starts of with a 30 min overview call with the recruiter. This part was very positive, and you could tell the recruiter was interested in what she did and sourcing the right person.
Next, there was a call with 2 sales managers that was pretty dry. They did not want to dig into who I was or why I am applying to LinkedIn, but more a deep drive into "how do you prospect". You could tell they had been in interviews all day because they were pretty checked out and had very short answers to any questions.
The next round was a mock call discovery call where you are expected to demonstrate Sandler's Sales Strategies. It was pretty clear this is all they were looking for. If you like to sell with more of a personal approach, instead of the scripted BANT, this is where you will get dinged.
The next round is an mock presentation where you highlight what you learned on the discovery call. You then meet with the team to finally get to talk about who you are.
All and all the process is pretty dry and scripted. I was shocked, because LinkedIn's culture seems to be a big part of why the company has done so well. Maybe this changed after the acquisition.
All and all, the recruiter was the best part of this process. She was very kind and informative throughout the entire process.
1st round with Recruiter,
2nd round - 2 sales manager, behavioral and discovery call
3rd round: 2 sales manager and sales director - demo using the previous discovery call for the demo

Question 1
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co worker and how did you handle it
I applied online. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Spoke to recruiter and hiring manager. Followed up multiple times with recruiter but never responded. Saw on LinkedIn that a new person got the job, and that's how I found out the job opening was filled.
I applied online. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process went very well - I applied through LinkedIn and after 10 min I already received an email to schedule the screening call. I had 3 interviews in total: Screening, hiring manager, and panel (mock call).
From the recruiter to the panel, all the people I interviewed with were absolutely amazing! I had such a great experience.
If you are have experience in such role, passing the interviews wouldn't be hard, just need to practice properly.
