I had a phone screen and two onsite interviews for this role. All interviews were pretty conversational and the team was very prepared. Most in person interviews were 1:1 and i met with 7 people. Each member of the team brought different questions to the table which was refreshing as a candidate to see their preparation and not have to answer the same question multiple times. In both my onsite visits the recruiter made a huge impression on me. They prepare the interview room with a welcome message and provide an interview bag that includes mints, water, a granola bar and your connections map (showing your LinkedIn network). They also included a handwritten note thanking me for taking the time to interview and to call if anything came up. I have never experienced this level of detail for an interview and it was such a welcoming touch.
