I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Took six weeks for me to hear back from application.
Three Rounds:
1. Initial call with recruiter. Typical behavioral questions: what type of leader are you? tell me about yourself etc.
2. "Batch Day" Interview. 2 back to back interviews-- one with a program coordinator one with a sales manager. Program coordinator was more behavioral questions and some situational. Sales manager was a scenario in which you act as the Sales Dev Rep and they act as the director of HR-- selling talent solutions.
3. Fly in- This was basically them figuring out if you were a cultural fit. Mostly panels of people from the company where you and about 14 others ask questions. Felt more like we were interviewing them, than them interviewing us. There was a group scenario that was just to see how you work with others. Most of the group got an offer.
Note: My recruiter was really nice, but seemed preoccupied. He was iffy on timing and once he called me twice with the same information, which made me feel more like a number and less like a good candidate.

Question 1
What is a piece of constructive feedback you received that you will take with you throughout your career?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2018
Interview
1) Invited to a BLP open day, an evening spent learning about the programme and connecting with people who work at LinkedIn, people in the programme and others interested in the programme.
2) Screening call. A recruiter from LinkedIn informally interviews you over the phone. Behavioural style questions. I was told at end of call I was through to the next stage.
3) Two Skype interviews. One behavioural and one staged sales call. Behavioural was similar to screening call but more specific questions. Second is sales call, you receive brief in advance. Goal of call is not to sell, but to find out if respondent is a potential client, ultimately you must organise a second meeting at end of call.
You recruiter helps you along the process.
I did not get offer as they could not detect a passion for sales despite saying I would be a great culture fit. You should display extreme interest in sales in order to be successful.
Extremely quick and easy process in comparison to other graduate applications.
