For this position I only had one interview at the HQ in Mountain View. Because it was a bilingual position I also had to take a language test that consisted in translating a couple fairly easy texts for a native speaker. GCO recruiting usually asked questions covering: Leadership, Leverage, Results, and Culture and Knowledge about LI and interviewer would grade each on a scale 1-5 and would also provide a Candidate Summary. 1-unqualified, 2-less qualified, 3-fully qualified, 4-highly qualified, 5-superstar Candidate Summary: Appropriate for position?
