Very bad interview experience. Initially applied online and contacted by an interviewer. Later setup a video conference with the Hiring manager. Had a great interview with the hiring manager and hiring manager mentioned to interview further. However after the interview what followed was a two-week radio silence. Recruiter never responded to emails or calls. Recruiter then calls up to say that the position was given to somebody else and offers to send resume to another manager. Another interview with the hiring manager who was very intimidating and definitely needed interview training. Not at all welcoming and had the arrogance of being a senior manager which was evident in her words. Did not feel like an interview rather felt like an interrogation. Two-day radio silence follows with a call that I was not selected My feedback: Interviewees take time off their current work and dress up for the video conference interviews. Please respect their time and be prompt with feedback Interviews reflect the culture of the company. Please train all interviewers to treat interviewees with respect and not arrogance

Got an email from recruiter to schedule an interview. discussed my work experience in the first round and benefits offered by the company and he explained the about the department and what exactly they do
