It was good, not intimidating. It was more like a conversation, basically went through my resume, asked me what all challenges I have faced in the past and how did I go about the recruitment tasks.

Question 1
Basic, going through job spec, challenges faced in the past.
There were four rounds of interviews. Started with Phone screening from Recruiter, followed by hiring manager interview and thereafter peer interview and ended with panel interview. Panel interview consisted of a case study.

Round 1: HR Interview
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Round 3: Peer Interview
Round 4: Case Study (1-week prep) followed by a Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Sales (1.5 hours)
It was overall a very enjoyable experience. At each stage, you could tell the interviewers spent time looking into your profile and asked thought-provoking questions. They showed interest in your responses and compelled you to share more about yourself and your experiences. The interviewers were all personable and displayed top-tier professionalism throughout the interview process.
