I was referred by a friend, so they contacted me pretty fast through a recuiter who said was part of the referrals team. We schedule a phone interview. The interviwer was very nice and friendly, he asked me about my past experience and why I wanted that job. After some days I got an email saying that other candidates met better the requirements for that position.
