Initial process was quick, but took the recruiter a really long time to follow up and close the loop. They didn't have this position fully created and jumped the gun on recruiting for it. Interviewer openly said they didn't really know what they were looking for.

The interview process was very straight forward and very enjoyable. Although I ended up not getting the position, the recruiter was very nice and stayed in contact with me.
