Interview
Challenging but hugely rewarding. Got to meet a bunch of smart people. Only con was that it took a long time and had a number of rounds. TA are wonderful so share feedback regularly along the way and they do listen.
Started with HR interview and then moved to peer and senior manager interviews. General competency questions are asked to assess skills like leadership, stakeholder management, complex resolutions, etc. The interviews are done via video call.
