Very detailed interview process involving multiple one on one phone calls that were a week or so apart. Everyone was very nice and asked pretty standard interview questions, nothing meant to throw you off. Felt like they were really trying to get to know you as a person and see if it was a good fit for them and for you. There was also personality and logic testing that felt quite difficult.
