Video conference that was strictly an audio channel. But here's the thing - I was told at the end of the interview that I would be contacted the next week to schedule an on-site visit. The hiring manager proceeded to ghost on me for three weeks before finally sending a bullet. No second interview, no explanation of anything changing, not even a reply to follow-ups. I'm even more flabbergasted that somebody else reviewing here for what was clearly the same position got his bullet email 2 weeks earlier after a second video conference. The other person's story sounded pretty familiar, I just got two more weeks of being left hanging with a slightly more meaty promise being ignored. Appears to be a pattern, so candidates beware.
