Like banging my head against the wall -- I could not access pre-test prep information day after day after day. After 5 emails asking for help ... a phone call and opening a ticket onsite ... I got zero responses. I wasn't about to take the test without being prepared.

Lionbridge gave very explicit instruction that following the preparation steps was critical in the process and I went as far as I could go. The response I got one week later was an obvious autoreply saying I failed the test I did not take.

Interview
There is no interview. You simply sign up online. You then have to take a long test which requires thorough studying of a nearly 200 page PDF. Way too much work with no guarantee of a payoff. As I was only looking for supplemental income and don't have a lot of free time, I cancelled my candidacy.
