The interview process was quite a lengthy one, the discussion went on for more than 3 months. There were 4 rounds of discussion starting with the telephonic round, video conference, F2F at their location in Hyderabad and final round with the GM of India in Bangalore. The interviewers were professional and polite and the discussion went on fine. Initial discussions were around skill and experience screening, the later discussions resolved around the organisation structure, the roadmap, and compensation. However, I found HR to be a little unprofessional, even after having a positive discussion the HR did not even bother to contact and provide an update. Additionally, I also observed that the company was not a good paymaster and were negotiating very hard on the compensation even though I did not request any raise.
