I’ve been speaking to a recruiter for 3-4 now and I’ve have yet to hear a response. It’s a waste of time!!
I’ve sent many emails on updates but nothing. Transparency doesn’t exist
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at LiquidHub (New York, NY) in Jul 2014
Interview
After undergoing several rounds of "fit" interviews with various senior leaders, recruiting lead dropped the ball several times requiring countless follow-ups in terms of scheduling and offer negotiations despite inside referrals pushing the progress. No real challenging questions were asked and this lack of scrutiny has led to some questionable hires that made no real contribution.

Question 1
Describe some of your proudest client accomplishments.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at LiquidHub (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
Very confusing process. Word of caution: let them pay for all expenses, since they will most likely never reimburse you (this has happened to quite a few people, not just myself). They are based about 20 miles from Philadelphia. There will be many communications blackouts (where you cannot reach anyone, and nobody will call you back from HR), so be very patient. They are never sure what they need and when, and they try to practice "just-in-time" hiring, so they will often wait for a few accounts to come up before pulling the trigger on a hire. The people I spoke to were competent but not impressive. There were about four over the phone and give in-person interviews, both in NYC and at their headquarters outside of Philadelphia. All the action takes place at their headquarters, so try to work out of that office. Getting an offer takes forever, and the offers are very flexible at senior levels, so stick to your guns when negotiating. The offers are not as competitive as those from any of the large, established consulting firms, but you have more vacation and more bonus flexibility if you are really good and can sell and deliver.

Question 1
There were not any interview questions I would consider difficult. They will ask you how much business and clients you can bring in right away, so you need to be honest here. They will also ask you if you can bring any of your friends over.
