I applied via Indeed and after a few days, I received a call from recruiter. After a short phone interview, the recruiter told me that he would like to set a face-to-face interview and asked for my schedule. I didn't hear back for almost a week (after 2 times of calling with no response- cell phone number had given to me rather than office one!), the recruiter scheduled an interview with and HR member and another staff. I was on-time, but they kept me waiting for a few minutes, then a lady came and introduce herself as HR member and accompanied with another guy (presumably hiring manager). The HR member was very rude and unprofessional, she was chuckling couple of times while i was talking, she interrupted me once and rudely said that if I understand any of these questions (the questions which none of them relevant to my position)? She also told the other guy that she was done, if he was also done let's go and not wasting their time!!! i totally lost my self-confidence and I couldn't concentrate on questions. At the end of the interview, she was trying to avoid shaking hands and if I hadn't raised my hand she had no intention to shake mine. I have the name of the HR member if any of Lisi Aerospace upper management really care about their reputation and really concern about their HR staff attitude and behavior. Guys, such persons are destroying your name.. take a look at your grade in Glass door and take necessary actions. I will send a complain to their upper management in Paris to share my experience with them.
p.s. I called the recruiter to explain how offended I was and he just responded very cold and he said he would reflect it (which I highly in doubt).
