I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lithia & Driveway (Medford, OR) in Nov 2016
Interview
Was approached by hiring manager about the role, and submitted my resume directly to them. Once received, I was connected with a recruiter who set up my initial interview. I spoke with two directors in person during first interview session, and then had a second with the hiring manager over the phone. Was a good overall experience. Other than things moving a little slow, things went okay. Recruiter was not willing to negotiate on salary, which was frustrating at the time. Following on boarding and working hard was afforded advancement opportunities.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lithia & Driveway in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview was a quick and easy process and was hired within 2 weeks of the job interview. The company could work on their onboarding process for departments. other than that it was a positive experience.
After submitting my resume I was contacted for a phone screen by a supervisor. After being invited to an in person interview I was interviewed twice. After this round there was a skills assessment, drug screen, and job offer.
