Interview

I got a leg in the door by knowing a sales associate and they had me apply online and then the GM called me and had me come in for a face to face. Brought in both sales managers and they asked a few questions. Super easy, they are desperate for help. Sales consultants have such a high turn over rate. They spent the majority of the interview selling me the job making sure I knew how much I would be making.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lithia & Driveway in Feb 2008

Interview

With Lithia it starts with an online app. on the web site. Then you will get a call and get a face to face if the call goes good. After that there is a couple online test to take then if they decide to offer you a job then you have to go do a drug test. After that I had to set through a week of training now they just do on the job training. They do give a 6 month guarantee of $2500 a month.
