Brief phone interview, then was called in to do 15 min face to face in the back of the store. Was given verbal affirmation about the position. Another person was also hired but only one of use was kept on.

Literally just one question... I walked in handed her my application and she asked, What is your availability? I was in and out in about 3 minutes. It was super easy and straight forward.
